Trust

This painting carries a sense of layered vulnerability; pale mauves, greys, and whites, broken by darker lines and softened with quiet bursts of lavender. It feels both structured and fractured, as though strength and fragility exist side by side. That is the essence of trust: not the absence of uncertainty, but the willingness to lean into it.

Texture brings depth, echoing how trust is built; some layers scarred, some smoothed, all becoming part of the whole. The darker strokes cut like boundaries or thresholds, while the lighter tones reveal the openness beneath.

At its heart, this work is a meditation on trusting ourselves and trusting in the unfolding. To rest in stillness, to stay present through discomfort, and to allow the unknown to shape us into something more whole.
